
葛菁萍,1972年出生,齊齊哈爾人。理學博士、二級教授、博士生導師,黑龍江省教學新秀獎獲得者,黑龍江大學教學名師,黑龍江省科技廳寒區植物基因工程與發酵工程重點實驗室主任、黑龍江省教育廳高校重點實驗室主任。主要研究方向為微生物生態學及生理代謝調控,已經創新性的完善了群體效應理論,結合合成生態學實現天然發酵體系的可控性,并解析了微生物種群生態關系及其維持穩定機制。擔任黑龍江省麻類體系專家、《Fermentaion》編委、《Frontiers in Microbiology》客座編輯、《中國農學通報》副主編。兼職黑龍江省天然產物工程學會副會長、黑龍江省微生物學副理事長、黑龍江省發酵學會常務理事、黑龍江省生態學會常務理事。從2006年至今共獲得授權專利17項,其中2項專利用于轉化企業開展亞麻漚制研究、4項專利進行了利用可再生資源發酵產醇、6項專利應用于細菌素及乳酸酸菜研發,并支持黑龍江豐源集團天然防腐劑項目順利投產,支持黑龍江天順源清真食品有限公司、黑龍江禾家福農業科技有限公司生產“凌老師”乳酸酸菜,該產品已經于2018年榮登央視舌尖三。
