潘清江,1976年7月生,教授、博士生導師,博士(后),教育部新世紀優秀人才、黑龍江省青年科技獎獲得者、黑龍江省省級領軍人才梯隊帶頭人。主要從事納米復合材料催化、錒系分子科學和光電功能材料設計等方面的研究工作,在J. Am. Chem. Soc.、Chem. Eng. J.、Nature Commun.、Chem.Commun.、Carbohydrate Polymers、Chem. Eur. J.、Inorg. Chem.等期刊上發表署名第一作者和/或通訊作者SCI收錄論文近140篇。作為負責人完成和在研國家自然科學基金4項、教育部基金3項、黑龍江省自然科學基金2項、省教育廳和人社廳項目5項;作為骨干成員參與教育部創新團隊發展計劃、黑龍江省“頭雁”團隊、國家“十一五”科技支撐計劃重點項目等5項國家級基金。作為第一獲獎人,獲黑龍江省科學技術獎(自然類)二等獎、黑龍江省青年科技獎獲、黑龍江省高校科學技術獎一等獎各1次;參與《結構化學》黑龍江省精品課程建設(第3位)。擔任“高分子化學與物理”黑龍江省省級領軍人才梯隊帶頭人、黑龍江省化學會理事和黑龍江省核學會理事、中國化學會高級會員和中國核學會會員。
